Position: Sales Intern

Location: Pune (Can be remote or on-site)

Duration: 6 months

About the Role:

As a Sales Intern at Yorteks , you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales while working closely with our skilled sales team. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the sales process, customer relationship management, and the overall operations of a thriving sales department. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging sales pitches and presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, shadowing experienced team members to understand sales techniques and strategies.
  • Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Engage in client communication through various channels, including email and phone, to gather information and provide necessary support.
  • Learn and understand the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Support in organizing and coordinating sales events, webinars, or other promotional activities.
  • Learn to negotiate and close deals under the guidance of senior sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn about the sales process.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
